Formless provides a drag-and-drop matrix layout engine for creating, hosting, and embedding forms. The service is currently in an Early Access Beta phase. We are continuously improving the platform, which means features may change, and occasional disruptions may occur. We provide the service "as is" without any strict uptime guarantees during this phase.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Collection

As a creator using Formless to build forms, you are solely responsible for the data you collect from your respondents. You agree that:

• You will not use Formless to collect highly sensitive information (e.g., credit card details, passwords, or government IDs) without proper authorization and security measures.
• You will not use our platform for phishing, spam, or malicious activities.
• You are the "Data Controller" of your respondents' data, and Formless acts merely as the "Data Processor" providing the infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Formless platform, including its code, design, matrix engine, and branding, is the intellectual property of SquadVertex. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our core software without explicit permission. Forms created by you, and the data within them, remain your property.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any of these terms, especially concerning spam, phishing, or illegal data collection.
