• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name (provided via your authentication provider, such as Google) to manage your workspace and secure your account.
• Form Data: Information collected through the forms you create. Note: If you are filling out a form created by a Formless user, that user is responsible for your data. Formless simply provides the hosting infrastructure.

3. How We Use Your Data

We strictly use your account information to provide and maintain the Formless service, authenticate your login, and notify you about important platform updates. We do not sell your personal data or the data submitted to your forms to any third-party advertisers.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide a seamless experience, we use trusted third-party infrastructure providers. Our databases and authentication systems are securely powered by Supabase. Your data is encrypted and handled according to modern industry security standards.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information and form data as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our databases.
