  • Security Data (IP Addresses): To prevent abuse, bot attacks, and ensure platform stability, our systems temporarily log the IP address of users submitting forms for rate-limiting purposes.
  • Analytics & Session Data: We use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand how our website is used. We also use essential cookies and session data to maintain your login state and ensure the platform functions correctly.

3. How We Use & Store Your Data

We use your account information exclusively to provide and maintain the Formless service and authenticate your login. All submitted form responses and uploaded files are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage databases powered by Supabase. We do not sell your personal data or your form responses to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

To provide a seamless experience, we utilize trusted third-party infrastructure. Our backend databases, file storage buckets, and authentication modules are securely powered by Supabase. Your data is handled in accordance with modern industry-standard encryption protocols.

We retain your account information, form configurations, and submitted data for as long as your account remains active. You possess the right to request the complete deletion of your workspace and all associated data at any time. Upon a verified request, your data is permanently expunged from our servers.
